Supply Value has strengthened its team with Jasper Jol, who will assume the role of Director of Government.
Jol brings more than a decade of experience in consulting and job placement to his new leadership role. He comes over from IT company The NextGen (200 employees), which he managed for the past two years in the role of business manager. His responsibilities included profit and loss, learning and development, human resources, recruitment, sales and relationship management.
Previously, he spent eight years as a consultant and senior manager for recruiter and staffing firm SThree.
“In these roles, I interacted with executive, procurement, line management and HR from SMEs, multinationals and governments alike,” explains Jol, who also has extensive experience in building and developing B2B sales and consulting teams.
At Supply Value, he will now lead the agency’s Government practice as director. Among other things, this branch helps governments translate external and internal developments into a concrete strategy and achieve the results intended with it.
Specifically, the practice helps clients design and implement portfolio, program and project management, optimize processes, organizations and tooling, and improve collaboration with supply chain partners.
“I would like to contribute to creating a sustainable positive impact for society, our clients and the professionals within Supply Value,” Jol told us.
