Successful Trainee Weekend at Supply Value! From Thursday evening December 7 to Saturday morning December 9, our #trainees went on a trainee weekend, staying at the beautiful Rhijnauwen estate, near Bunnik. A diverse group of trainees, ranging from nine months to just one week employed by Supply Value, went on the trip together.
Thursday evening started with a delicious dinner, after which the trainees kicked off the weekend with drinks. Friday morning began the boot camp, which Jeroen Voorhaar structured so that the trainees first got to know each other better on a personal level. In the afternoon, the focus shifted to how the trainees prefer to work together. “What are your personal preferences?” and “How do you want to be treated during a collaboration?” were the central questions. These different styles of collaboration were immediately put into practice during the boot camp through some interesting games. After a day full of interactive activities, a delicious menu was waiting for the trainees at the restaurant on the estate, where the day was concluded pleasantly.
Saturday was mainly devoted to reflecting and looking ahead to how you could apply the lessons at Supply Value. This session was also very valuable for all trainees. At the beginning of the afternoon, it was unfortunately already time to say goodbye to each other and to Jeroen. In doing so, they took away valuable lessons for their time at Supply Value, but also definitely laid a foundation for a strong friendship. In short, the trainee weekend was a great success!
