What we’re looking for
You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in a field such as information management, information sciences, business administration with a focus on IT, or another IT-related discipline.
- You have 2–5 years of work experience as a project, program, or interim manager. In this role, you have worked on complex digital transformation challenges at the intersection of business and IT/information management.
- You have a academic level of working and thinking.
- You have a relevant network within the government and/or IT sector.
- You recognize yourself in the following competencies: independent, decisive, results-oriented, customer-focused, connecting, visionary, and with leadership qualities.
What does working at Supply Value look like?
For central and local government organizations, you carry out assignments independently or as part of a team. In the role of business consultant, project or program manager, or interim manager, you work on:
- IT strategy and implementation;
- process optimization and information management;
- the introduction of data-driven working;
- performance management and change management.
In addition to your client assignments, you play an important role in the growth of Supply Value: you share your knowledge, coach colleagues, lead a team, and contribute to our commercial strength.

- Salary indication: €3.140 – €4.150 gross per month, depending on experience and education.
