The online CSRI dashboard that makes complex policies measurable.
Socially Responsible Contracting and Purchasing
In the past, several plans have been introduced for socially responsible purchasing. Unfortunately, each time there was a lack of concreteness to really take steps in this regard. In late 2022, the Socially Responsible Contracting and Purchasing (CSRI) manifesto was signed by many government agencies. The ‘O’ of (internal) ‘commissioning’ precedes purchasing. This is because as a government agency, you can only make a real impact if you involve not only the procurement department, but the entire organization at all levels.
But how can CSRI be translated into concrete actions and measurable objective? And then how to monitor whether what is included in the action plan is actually realized? These are questions we have the answer to, namely with the MVOI Value Monitor. The MVOI Value Monitor enables you to convert complex policies into measurable results and real action!
How the MVOI Value Monitor works
The CSRI Value Monitor is an online dashboard in which your CSRI policy is measured and monitored. Through objectives developed by Supply Value, the most important indicators are defined together with you and included in the dashboard. This gives you insight into the extent to which your CSRI policy is applied and what the results are. In four steps, we help you translate CSRI policy into measurable objectives. If you want to know more about our four-step approach, download our whitepaper here: CSRI Value Monitor.
Below is a preview of the MVOI Value Monitor. It is an interactive dashboard that you can click through yourself. By clicking “View Interactive Content” you will start an interactive session that will give you a good idea of what to expect from the dashboard. You start on a main page where the status of the six CSRI themes are displayed with a traffic light. Clicking on any of these themes will take you to an in-depth page that provides insight into the extent to which that particular theme is being applied within the organization and what the results are. All visualizations shown are based on fictitious data. In the version below, you can only see a preview of an in-depth page for the theme Circular.
