After completing my education, I searched for an organization that truly aligned with my personality and values. This proved to be quite a challenge, as the sheer number of job openings made it easy to lose sight of the bigger picture. Fortunately, my journey led me to Supply Value. After being approached on LinkedIn, I immediately felt a strong connection with the company. The engaging conversations I had throughout the process reinforced my positive impression, giving me confidence that this was the right next step in my career. That’s why I’m excited to be strengthening the team as a consultant.

I am looking for challenges where I can make a meaningful social impact, where I go home every day feeling that I have contributed to helping others. I constantly challenge myself to grow, learn and excel. Recently, I gained experience as a policy officer for gas extraction and storage at the municipality of Westerkwartier, a challenging, sensitive and socially relevant portfolio. I also have experience as a project officer for the digital ambulance care application process at the Rotterdam-Rijnmond Safety Region, implementing a digital transition with a focus on communication and stakeholder management. At Supply Value, I fulfil the role of project leader in the internal AI group, where I contribute to making our organisation future-proof in the field of AI.What attracts me to this organisation is the strong cultural fit, the open environment, opportunities for development and positive working atmosphere that I was looking for. Here, I want to combine my passion for social impact, digital innovation and personal growth to achieve meaningful results.
