On Monday, April 18, Supply Value consultants Marleen Hoogendijk and Thijs Latour sailed with the Swaensborgh. The Swaensborgh is the ship co-sponsored by Supply Value that participated in the Race of the Classics.
For a week, the ship was the residence for about thirty students from the University of Twente. Twelve ships departed from the Veerhaven in Rotterdam, where, after a show start, they sailed on to Vlaardingen. Marleen and Thijs received a warm welcome and, after a tour of the ship, had several conversations with students from various backgrounds.
On Saturday, April 23, it became clear that our team won the Challenge Cup. This makes Team University of Twente the winner of the 33rd edition of the Race of the Classics. A very nice result of which we as sponsor are of course enormously proud. We want to thank them for the cooperation and hopefully, we will see these students back within our organization in the future!
