Supply Value supported five municipalities in strengthening collaboration within the public space domain. By conducting interviews and delivering a strategic advisory report, Supply Value successfully built support among G40 municipalities and ministries. Supply Value supported the Municipality of Amsterdam in optimizing the inventory management of streetscape materials. Through the development of a new logistics model and the enhancement of operational processes, work pressure was reduced, inventory control was strengthened, excess stock was reduced by 78%, and inventory discrepancies decreased by 5.3%.
Smart capacity management enables Municipality of Westland to steer effectively with limited resources
Supply Value supported the Municipality of Westland in making strategic decisions within the Mobility team. By providing insight into available capacity, prioritizing tasks, and implementing a flexible evaluation approach, the municipality now operates with a predictable, politically aligned, and adaptable execution plan.
Tender in 10 days: how Supply Value enabled 180,000 COVID-19 tests per day
Supply Value supported the Testing Service of the Dutch Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport (VWS) in accelerating the tender process for laboratories. Using the ‘Tender in 10 Days’ method, a nationwide COVID-19 testing capacity of over 180,000 tests per day was rapidly established for the GGD testing sites.
