With decades of experience at KLM leading procurement and transformation initiatives, he brings a calm, friendly, and down-to-earth style to complex challenges. He helps clients and teams focus on what truly matters and makes it feel easy in the process.Outside of work, Michel enjoys reading, travelling, and sports. He is also active in the Gooi region, supporting non-profit organizations through fundraising and serving on the board of Bijzonder Laren.He studied Economic History and Organization Studies at Leiden University and later strengthened his strategic procurement expertise through the Nevi Procurement Leadership Program (PLP).
